Lens: Lordonar 50mm f/2.8
Film speed settings: 6-1000 ISO, set manually
Film Format: 35mm
Shutter: B/1to 1/300 sec
Aperture: f/2.8 to f/22
Focusing: Manual
Light Meter: Selenium
Flash: Cable
Year: 1955 - Onwards
Country: Germany
The good:
• For a 70-year-old camera, it is in remarkably good condition.
• Shutter fires well, and tested exposures reveal no timing issues.
• Focus ring is smooth and accurate.
• Aperture blades move appropriately.
• Film transport arm is smooth and solid.
• Light meter reacts to light but does appear to suggest overexposed values.
• No light leaks on test roll.
The less good:
• The light meter does appear to suggest over exposed values.
• The lens itself could do with a deep clean, but nothing that I can see in the final images (see attached sample photos)
• General wear and tear.
